How we care for our staff:
- We provide full induction and training (theory and practice) to all our staff. We expect a certain level of professional attitude from our staff hence we provide necessary training and awareness sessions to embed a culture of competence required.
- All staff are offered a permanent contract once they’ve successfully completed our probationary period.
- We provide regular supervision and yearly appraisals to make sure staff feel supported and valued.
