Quality Assurance

Through our Quality Assurance strategy we have a system of quality control set up deliberately to evidence and enhance in practice the care, welfare and needs of our service whilst satisfying framework requirements as well as CQC Standards for our regulated activities.

At Pendulum Supported Living Quality Assurance audits are systematically carried out by management to monitor, assess and evaluate systems in place and their effectiveness. Audits highlight areas of concerns as well as those of good practice, which are acknowledged and integrated into practice to further augment our services and maintain compliance through targeting key areas that are pivotal in maintaining quality of care and support for our service users we care for and ensure the environment they live in and those looking after them are fit for purpose. We look to learn from every situation that arises and as such our quality assurance approach is one that will always need updating for as long as the services we provide remain a priority as they always are – a service with a memory.
